1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, cases, and accessories must be included

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or prescription glasses (if applicable)

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LUR is not responsible for lost return packages
